Glenn R. Moran

GLENN R. MORAN joined our firm in 1978 and served as the Managing Partner from 1998-2007. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University and the Valedictorian of his 1972 class where he earned a degree in accounting. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1975, following which he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Joseph Walsh in Essex County. He then joined the Prosecutor's staff of Union County where he was a trial attorney.
Since joining our firm, he has devoted himself to the defense of litigation and has over forty years of trial experience resulting in over two hundred and fifty verdicts. During that period, he has successfully defended claims in our state and federal Courts involving insurance coverage disputes, construction defect and injury claims, professional liability claims including insurance agents/brokers, real estate agents/brokers, medical/dental claims, premises liability claims, products liability claims, Consumer Fraud Act violation claims, environmental/toxic tort claims, and Title 59 Public Entity claims. He has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Moran is admitted to the state and federal Courts in New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has lectured in the areas of public entity law, products liability, motor vehicle and alternate dispute resolution. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, The Morris County Bar Association where he has served on its Arbitration Committee since it formed in 2001, and the New Jersey Defense Association. He has also been rated AV and AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 1995 and named as a “Super Lawyer” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
