KATHLEEN J. ANDRESEN graduated from Montclair State University in 2003 and received her J.D. from the Roger Williams University School of Law in 2008. As an Honors student in law school, she placed onto The Roger Williams University Law Review, received academic awards, and was selected for an externship with the current Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. She subsequently served as a judicial law clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department, positioned in the Superior Court of Kent County. Following her clerkship, Ms. Andresen joined an insurance defense practice in Warwick, Rhode Island where her primary focus was defending personal injury matters. After returning to New Jersey and since 2012, she has been associated with the firm where she is primarily involved in the defense of complex litigation involving large scale construction defect and water infiltration claims. She is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in New Jersey and Rhode Island, as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, Ms. Andresen is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
