TRACEY L. VAN WIEMOKLY graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 1983 and received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986 where she competitively placed onto the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and authored the legislative summary entitled “Law and Public Safety: The New Jersey Missing Persons Unit Act,” Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Volume 8, Number 2 (1985). Ms. VanWiemokly served a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, for the Honorable Robert H. Garrenger and the Honorable Thomas B. Mannion. Since joining the firm in 1987, she has been involved in the defense of products liability actions, complex general liability claims involving serious injury or death, defamation and slander actions, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, personal injury protection matters, and environmental/toxic tort claims. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
